To Place Order:

Customer has to share  detailed design before placing order. Beauqlo takes ADVANCE PAYMENT to start the job work. Our team fine tuned the design as per customer requirement and get approval from customer.

Beauqlo always deliver products on time. If there is delay in delivery date due to design change, product not in stock it has informed in advance.

Please note, we are delivering customized products. All designs are specially customized and MADE EXCLUSIELY FOR YOU. Any return which comes to us can’t be sold to any other customer that’s why we try our 100% to give you a high-quality product we showcase every stage of development to our customer before delivering.

Defect Garments:

In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same. You can choose from the following options:

• Exchange for a new product.
• Redeem the amount on your next order.

Late Deliveries:

Please Keep Sufficient Buffer to avoid delayed deliveries.

We offer Shipment via Road Cargo and try to deliver within 3 weeks but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reasons relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times.  If you need something super-fast, request for the Air Delivery (at an additional cost) if available at your location to get your order as fast as possible.
