- Get up in the morning. First job of the day – drink minimum 2 glasses of lukewarm water before the first meal of the day to DETOX your body.
- You are at age 40 or more, then go for meditation minimum 30mins a day in the morning itself.

- Drink lemon juice, coconut water daily once if possible to stay hydrated.

- Most important – Wear mask when going outside.
